Donation Procedures and Protocals
Thank you for your interest in Speedway Indoor Karting. We have a strong commitment to the community and are proud to support like-minded organizations. We prefer to support organizations that reflect our mission, but reserve the right to change these guidelines and procedures at any time without advanced notice.
If your nonprofit organization is interested in receiving an in-kind donation, please read the guidelines below before submitting a request.
Organizations must have a 501(c)(3) nonprofit status and provide a Federal Tax ID number.
We prioritize organizations that directly support children, youth, or families. Donation requests for other causes are still accepted.
Only one request from an organization or school can be submitted each calendar year. Please note: If there is more than one department, club or division within an organization or school, we can only accept one request per year, per organization.
Requests must be submitted at least four (4) weeks prior to your event.
We do not donate to second or third parties. Donations are given directly to the benefiting organization.
Requests must be from the vicinity of the establishment or general market area.
We do not donate to individuals or for-profit organizations.
Requests do not guarantee a donation. We cannot guarantee a donation due to the volume of requests and we cannot guarantee a status of a donation request once it has been submitted. You will be notified if your donation request is approved.

Please keep in mind we do not have a staff dedicated solely to in-kind donations. For a greater chance at a successful request, we kindly ask you to make it as easy as possible for us to facilitate your donation requests, including providing a valid contact and picking up any and all donations.
