1. SPONSOR
The Speedway Indoor Karting Fall Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is sponsored by Speedway Indoor Karting (“Sponsor”), located at 1067 Main Street, Speedway, IN 46224.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time on October 5, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on November 19, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).
All entries must be received in accordance with these Official Rules during the Promotion Period.
3. ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, except where prohibited by law.
Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of Speedway Indoor Karting, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to participate.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any potential winner.
4. HOW TO ENTER — PURCHASE METHOD
During the Promotion Period, customers may participate by purchasing a qualifying 3-Race Package through the Speedway Indoor Karting online booking platform.
The three races included in the qualifying package must be used on an eligible Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday during the Promotion Period, subject to availability and the facility's normal booking policies.
For purposes of the sweepstakes, each qualifying 3-Race Package will provide three (3) entries into the drawing, subject to the no-purchase entry method described below.
Entries are assigned to the purchaser/customer associated with the qualifying transaction, not the person redeeming the races.
5. NO-PURCHASE METHOD OF ENTRY
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
To enter without making a purchase, an eligible entrant may handwrite their full name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, and the statement:
“Speedway Indoor Karting Fall Giveaway — No Purchase Necessary”
on a plain 3" x 5" card and mail it in a properly addressed, stamped envelope to:

Each eligible mail-in entry received during the Promotion Period will receive three (3) entries into the drawing.
Each mail-in entry must be mailed separately and must be legible, complete, and received by the deadline stated above. Mechanically reproduced, photocopied, computer-generated, or otherwise duplicated requests may be disqualified.
Purchase and no-purchase entries will have equal odds of winning.
6. ENTRY LIMITS
An entrant may receive entries through the qualifying purchase method and/or the no-purchase method, subject to the applicable limits stated in these Official Rules.
Any attempt to obtain additional entries through fraudulent, deceptive, automated, or other unauthorized means may result in disqualification.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Official Rules.
7. THE GRAND PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected. The Grand Prize winner will have the opportunity to select one (1) of four (4) available prize packages, each having an approximate retail value of $2,000.

The winner may select one (1) prize package from the four (4) available packages.
The winner must select their prize package within the time period specified by Sponsor. Once a prize package has been selected, the selection is final and may not be changed.
Specific brands, models, colors, sizes, features, and individual items are subject to availability. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an advertised item with an item of equal or greater value if the originally specified item is unavailable.
The approximate retail value of each prize package is $2,000. Actual retail value may vary. No difference between the stated approximate retail value and the actual retail value will be awarded.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes and any other costs or expenses associated with acceptance or use of the prize that are not expressly provided by Sponsor.
Prize package will be available for pickup from the Sponsor 10-14 days after selection is made. Packages will not be mailed.
The prize packages are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with Xbox, Nintendo, Oura, Dyson, Apple, Caraway, Ninja, Breville, Shark, or any other brand whose products may be included in the prize packages.
8. WINNER SELECTION
One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The drawing will be conducted on November 20th via the SIK Official Facebook and Instagram. Follow @sikarting for updates.
The odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.
The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or an independent third party selected by Sponsor, and the decision regarding the selection of the potential winner will be final, subject to applicable law.
9. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be contacted using the contact information provided at the time of entry.
The potential winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, and/or other documentation requested by Sponsor within the time period specified by Sponsor.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time period, is determined to be ineligible, refuses or fails to complete required documentation, or if the prize notification is returned as undeliverable, Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
10. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name, photograph, likeness, city/state of residence, and/or statements regarding the Promotion for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes without additional compensation.
11. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, misdirected, or postage-due mail-in entries.
Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, interrupted internet connections, website errors, booking platform errors, or other problems that may prevent an entrant from completing a purchase or submitting an entry.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding on matters relating to the Promotion.
12. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Speedway Indoor Karting and its respective owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and prize suppliers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, except where prohibited by law.
13. GOVERNING LAW
The Promotion and these Official Rules are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
14. SPONSOR'S RIGHT TO INTERPRET THE RULES
Sponsor reserves the right to interpret these Official Rules and resolve any questions or disputes regarding the Promotion. Sponsor's decisions shall be final and binding to the extent permitted by law.
